What are your delivery charges?

Can I pick my order up from the gallery?
Yes, please feel free to give us a call and arrange picking up your order.
Can I ship to a location other than my home?
Yes. When you are purchasing from Off the Wall you have the option to ship to any address that you choose. Note that delivery takes place Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm so consider this when choosing your location.
How long will it take to arrive?
Delivery time will vary depending on the type of work you have purchased, how it is packaged and the delivery location. Generally, delivery can be expected within two weeks, although during busier periods please allow up to three weeks.
Whom do I contact if I have problems with shipping or delivery?

What is your returns policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the artwork you have purchased you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving it and claim a full refund for the price of the work exclusive of postage and packaging costs. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return of the item, which must be in mint condition on arrival at Off the Wall in order to claim the refund.

What if my work of art arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event that the work arrives damaged, please contact us immediately here. Our customer support representative will guide you through your options. These may include replacing the damaged work (in the case of multiple editions), credit towards another purchase, or a full refund.
What if the print I receive is not the one I ordered?
Return your purchase within 14 business days and we will exchange it for the correct one or provide a full refund. We require the work be returned in its original packaging to ensure safe shipment. We also require that the work is shipped using UPS, Fed-Ex, TNT or DHL. You must also include the original document pack (including invoice and Certificate of Authenticity) for customs’ purposes.
