Neill graduated from Southampton Institute in 1997. He has shown in various exhibitions including Worthing Museum and Art Gallery, Fisherton Mill Gallery, Salisbury and Chameleon Gallery Brighton. Symmetry, shape, balance and pattern frequent his work with a clear pop art influence as well as a more contemporary feel for graphics.
